Foundations 1-on-1 60min

$235 A credit card is required to enroll but isn't charged until the time of service.
Foundations is required for beginners before participating in the regular CrossFit classes. Foundations is done in a 1-on-1 setting with you and a coach. (Occasionally you may be paired with someone else in a 1-on-2 setting.) We will teach you the basics of functional movement, modify the workouts to accommodate your fitness level and give you the confidence to get started. If you do not see a time below that works, please contact us.
