Boot Camp & Mobility

Open to everyone! In this class we will spend the first half hour on bootcamp and the second half hour on mobility work. Don’t know what that is? No worries - it’s a combination of foam-rolling, stretching, self massage, and positional awareness exercises that everyone benefits from!

Bootcamp & Mobility is a great on-ramp into CrossFit classes - we incorporate many foundational movements that are good on their own but also prepare you for barbell work in Workout Of The Day classes. Bring a big water bottle!
