Circuit Strength & Conditioning

These workouts will be a sequence of time-based exercises (the simplest being an Every Minute On the Minute style workout), and will usually be based on the WOD.

  • In these classes, it will be easy to get a great workout if you're 75 or 25 years old
  • These classes serve as a great place to build confidence and on-ramp into regular CrossFit classes!
