This is an outdoor workout class! The 7:15am Monday and Tuesday classes meet AT THE GYM. For all other Bootcamp times meet in front of the Rock Creek Park Tennis Center (just 25 ft north of the big statue in front), weather permitting. In the event of cancellation, the coach will notify you by email. You must pre-register for the class in order to get that notification. Bring your thickest yoga mat, a towel, and lots o' water! This slow-paced (but still high-intensity) class will focus on techniques to regain and retain range of motion and joint health. You will need a foam roller and lacrosse ball/tennis ball.

Free First Saturdays Monthly Run Free

Free and open to everyone! Meet in front of the Rock Creek Park Tennis Center (just 25 ft north of the big statue in front), we do a runner's warm-up, then jog into the park, usually running ~3 miles (5K). All paces welcome.
