The Workout of the Day is our centerpiece workout. This is what we do in the gym. The workout changes each day and will generally involve some combination of weightlifting, gymnastics and cardio.

Boot Camp & Mobility $27.50 per class From $23 per visit with Circuit Strength & Conditioning - 10 pack pass A credit card is required to enroll but isn't charged until the time of service.

Open to everyone! This class is half bootcamp and strength work, no barbells required. Then we spend 30 minutes on mobility, with a single focus movement each week.

Open to everyone! Grab a yoga mat and fill up your water bottle! The classes are designed to give athletes of all fitness and skill levels a great workout. Easily adjust the level of intensity of the workout to your capabilities and goals. Learn new movements, perfect old ones, and get your sweat on :-)

Barbell Bettys $27.50 per class From $23 per visit with Barbell Bettys - 10 pack pass A credit card is required to enroll but isn't charged until the time of service.

Barbell Bettys is a beginner strength training class for women only, coached by women only.

Work on accessory lifts, Do a WOD you missed earlier in the week, Open Gym is your time to do your own thing in the gym!

This slow-paced (but still high-intensity) class will focus on techniques to regain and retain range of motion and joint health. You will need a foam roller and lacrosse ball/tennis ball.

WOD at your JOB! The best Team Building exercise is... Exercise! A 45 minute class for all skill levels will include stretching, warm-ups, a workout, and cool down. Inquire for details!

These workouts will be a sequence of time-based exercises (the simplest being an Every Minute On the Minute style workout), and will usually be based on the WOD.

  • In these classes, it will be easy to get a great workout if you're 75 or 25 years old
  • These classes serve as a great place to build confidence and on-ramp into regular CrossFit classes!

Rookies 10-12 year-olds $250 Purchase required to enroll

This class is ideal for young athletes with some experience in athletics and wish to become familiar with general training concepts, learning how to move their bodies and equipment safely. Just like a typical adult’s CrossFit class, athletes will engage in a variety of gymnastics, weightlifting, and cardio-based movements including rowing, running, jump rope, kettlebell, dumbbell, and barbell exercises, as well fun fitness games!
